Shandong Zhongtian Rubber & Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd., was esatablished as Weishan Zhongtian Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. in 2009 with an area of 26000㎡.Zhongtian business started from production of HDPE pipes and floats for dredging project at very beginning and gradually expanded to rotational molding products, molds and machines. Shandong Xincheng Pipe was founded in 2014 for dredging pipline business
Xincheng company is located in economic development zone of Weishan county with convenient transportation access. The production base covers an area of 26000㎡ and 1800㎡ buildings and introduces advanced prodcution lines. It employs over 100 people at production base and R&D center, counting on engineers, technicians, trained operators and designers. Zhongtian is a provider of complete and innovative solutions for rotomolding needs. Our main business is production and sales of dredging pipeline products, rotational moldingmachiney, rotational molds and kinds of rotational molding products. For Dredging products is to clean and transport sediment, mud, and other mixed substances. For rotomolding machine production, Zhongtian has CNC rolling machines with 3 rollers, CNC rolling machines with 4 rollers, CNC bending machines, CNC cutting machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC machining centers and other related tools and facilities.
For dredging pipline production, Xincheng has 6 extruding machines for producing HDPE pipe with external diameter from 110mm to 850mm, 8 rotational molding machines for producing pipe floats from 300x580mm to 2200x2500mm (Outer diameter x Length ) with an annual capacity of 65000 pairs. And the rotaional molding machines also been used to produce other rotomolded products requested from clients.
For blow molding production, Xincheng has two blow molding machines that can produce blow molding products such as floating cubes. Blow molded products can be customized.
